At MasterMinds Tutoring, we are passionate about helping students reach their full potential. We offer personalized, one-on-one, and small group tutoring across a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable tutors to join our team to support both primary and high school students.
As a tutor, you will work closely with students to improve their academic performance, build their confidence, and support their individual learning needs. Sessions may be conducted in person or online, depending on location and student preferences.
Responsibilities
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons based on each student's needs
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all sessions
- Identify learning gaps and adjsut teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain open communication with parents/gaurdians regarding student performance
Must Have
- A way of transport to get to students
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- Working with Childrens Check (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Access to a laptop/device and stable internet connection (for online tutoring)
- Ability to commit to regular tutoring sessions and manage time effectively
Nice to have
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience (in-person or online)
- Ability to tutor multiple subjects or year levels
- A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong English speaking skills
